Great routines and Added value

I own the Older and Wiser DVD, but this one is surely Much Wiser (just like the title says). As usual Sue Grant is super sweet and amazing as always. This DVD has extra routines and it has one that requires a resistive exercise band. What a great idea and incentive that it ships with a free one!. No other place will give one for free, so two thumbs up!

I own the first Older and Wiser DVD, and really loved it. The routines are just great for people with good mobility ranging to people with a bit less mobility, following Sue Grant or any othe other two models is easy and fun. This new one is good and fun as well. Routines are easy to do and well organized.
