Let us walk you through Senior Emporium's purchasing options:
WE ACCEPT Master Card, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER as credit options.
CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS via mail. Sorry, no C.O.D, foreign checks or currency.

* Please remember to include your credit card info , expiration date, and a

HOW TO SUCCESSFULLY USE OUR SECURE SHOPPING CART:
a. Review the products of interest to you
b. Click on product picture link for more product description and larger photo
c. If interested in purchasing an item, click on "Buy"
d. You then have a choice of continuing to shop, clearing the cart, or if you
are ready to purchase, click on "Check Out" Link
e. You then need to fill in all the required fields , completing all the bill
to, ship to, and payment information.
f. When completed, click on the checkout button and you will see a confirmation
page that states your order has been successfully completed.

PLEASE FILL IN THE ALTERNATE SHIPPING ADDRESS IF YOUR ORDER IS GOING TO AN

c. Add totals for all items ordered
d. Add 7% sales tax ONLY if you are a New Jersey resident

BACKORDERS:
Occasionally, some items may be unavailable at the time we ship your order. You
will be informed by e-mail (if ordered on-line), or by phone (if ordered by
phone) of any delays. They will be shipped to you as soon as we receive them.
Your credit card will not be charged until the item is sent to you. You may
request a cancellation of any item at any time.
Similarly, if a product becomes deleted or on a long term out of stock from a
manufacturer, we reserve the right to substitute a product of similar value,
features and benefits. If this should happen, we will contact you prior to
shipment for your approval.

Should you receive an item in error, Senior Emporium will reimburse for the
return shipping costs.

MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
At Senior Emporium we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their
purchases. We take great pride in the quality of our merchandise. If for any
reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the item(s) within
30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of merchandise cost.
Due to Health and Safety regulations we cannot accept returns on Hygienic items
such as bath benches, toilet seats, etc or disposable items such as diapers,
underpads, etc.
All returnable items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition
inside its original packaging. Any questions, please contact our customer
support department @ 1-888-299-5232. Shipping and handling are also
non-refundable.
TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE:

2. Enclose a copy of the invoice/packing slip indicating the reason and whether

Shipping costs are based on the total order value.
We ship most items in the Continental United States within 48 hours. Allow 7-10
business days to receive your order. We use both UPS and USPS. Smaller items may
be shipped via USPS. Some larger items may be shipped directly from the
manufacturer. If an item is not in stock or backordered, you will be notified by
e-mail or regular mail with an estimated time of delivery.
ITEMS SENT DIRECTLY FROM OUR SUPPLIERS MAY TAKE LONGER. ITEMS ORDERED TOGETHER
