Backorders:
Occasionally, some items may be unavailable at the time we ship your order. You will be informed by e-mail (if ordered on-line), or by phone (if ordered by phone) of any delays. They will be shipped to you as soon as we receive them. Your credit card will not be charged until the item is sent to you. You may request a cancellation of any item at any time.
Similarly, if a product becomes deleted or on a long term out of stock from a manufacturer, we reserve the right to substitute a product of similar value, features and benefits. If this should happen, we will contact you prior to shipment for your approval.

Gift Orders:
We offer our customers the opportunity to send a custom "e;gift basket"e; presentation for any occasion. Due to the various odd shapes of products and their respective packaging, a [Gift Item] option will appear after an item if it is suitable as a gift basket item (you should select Yes or No). To ensure you have specified that your order is a gift, please check the "e;gift"e; box on the order form on either the shopping cart form or your printed copy of the order form. If you give your order by phone, please inform us. The order will be shipped to the recipient and a copy of the invoice will be sent to you. Don't forget to add your "e;gift message"e; if you order a Gift Basket.
All Gift Baskets must be a separate order, minimum of 3 items

SENIOR EMPORIUM'S 30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
At Senior Emporium we want our customers to be completely
satisfied with their purchases. We take great pride in the quality of our
merchandise. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may
return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving the order for a full refund of
merchandise cost.
Due to Health and Safety regulations we cannot accept returns on Hygienic items
such as bath benches, toilet seats, etc or disposable items such as diapers,
underpads, etc.
All returnable items must be returned in new, unused, and resalable condition
inside its original packaging. Any questions, please contact our customer
support department @ 1-888-299-5232. Shipping and handling are also
non-refundable.
TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE:

Shipping costs are based on the total order value.
We ship most items in the Continental United States within 48 hours. Allow 7-10 business days to receive your order. We use both UPS and USPS. Smaller items may be shipped via USPS. Some larger items may be shipped directly from the manufacturer. If an item is not in stock or backordered, you will be notified by e-mail or regular mail with an estimated time of delivery.

International Services: Delivery charges will vary when shipping to another country. Recipients are responsible for paying duties and taxes. Call for shipping fees, delivery times. Should you want the shipping charges quoted in advance, please e-mail us or fax us with the items you wish to purchase and their destination. We will not ship items over 12 lbs. or oversized, call for details. Shipping charges may be added to your credit card and may be showing as a separate charge on your credit card statement.
